Sealed bids for Project No. 1364-A "Majerus Park Improvements” (including demolition, grading, asphalt trail, concrete flatwork, landscape plantings and associated work) will be received by the City of University City in the Administrative Services Department, 1st Floor, 6801 Delmar Blvd., University City, MO 63130, until 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 21, 2018. (Bids should be clearly marked with the Project No. and Name listed above.) The bids will then be opened in the presence of a City official, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to confirmation by the City Council. A 5% security in the form of cash, a cashier's or certified check or an acceptable bid bond must accompany each bid. An on-site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Majerus Park at 1:00PM on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

Friday, September 21, 2015. (Bids should be clearly marked with the Project No. and Name listed above.)
