I hereby state further that I have expressed an interest in participating in the Frederick Police Department Ride-Along Program (hereafter referred to as the “Program”); and that in consideration of my interest in this Program and my agreement to abide by all of the conditions and requirements of the Program, I may participate in this Program. I understand that such participation may include my presence at a Frederick Police Department installation, presence in a Frederick Police Department vehicle in the company of an on-duty Frederick Police Officer, presence on foot patrol or bike patrol in the company of an on-duty Frederick Police Officer, and presence at the scene of investigative activities carried on by members of the Frederick Police Department and their authorized personnel and units.
