, 2021, by and among the undersigned entities involved in the development and construction of the subject project (collectively, the “Developer”) and SOUTH SALT LAKE CITY, a municipality and political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “City”). Developer and the City are hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
