This agreement is made and entered into on this the First day of July, 2015, by and between the Montana University System at the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and GRAPHIC COMMUNICATION UNION, LOCAL 242-C, hereinafter referred to as the Bargaining Agent, and is for the purpose of mutually establishing the rights of the parties and the terms and conditions of employment of all of those employees covered by this agreement, hereinafter referred to as employee(s), and the parties hereto mutually agree as follows:
