For the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, the Committee recognizes the Association as the exclusive bargaining agent and representative of the bargaining unit consisting of all full-time and regular part-time educational support personnel (hereinafter ESP) and paraprofessional therapy assistants (ABA therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and Speech and Language Therapy Assistants) who work twenty (20) or more hours per week.
