This Cooperative Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of the day of , 2019, by and among the City of Woodbury, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”), Washington County, a body politic and corporate under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “County”), Young Men’s Christian Association of the Greater Twin Cities, a nonprofit corporation formed under the laws of the State of Minnesota (“YMCA”), and Independent School District 833 – Early Childhood Family Education, an independent school district under the laws of the State of Minnesota (the “District”). The City, County, YMCA, and District may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “party” or collectively as the “parties.”
