This Contract/Agreement shall be deemed and shall be construed and governed by the Lebanese law, all work of whatsoever nature undertaken by the company at the request of the customer or his agent will only be carried out subject to these terms and conditions. No servant or agent of the Company or any other person has authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way.
