This Amendment No.1 to the Moving and Storage Services Agreement, Contract No.11308, originally effective July 1, 2013 (as amended the "Contract") by and between the CHICAGO HOUSING AUTHORITY (the “CHA”), an Illinois municipal corporation, with offices at 60 East Van Buren St., Chicago, Illinois 60605, and Big O Movers & Storage, Inc. (hereinafter the “Contractor”), an Illinois corporation authorized to conduct business within the State of Illinois and with its offices at 9400 S. Cottage Grove Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60619, is entered into effective as of July 1, 2014.

This Contract/Agreement shall be deemed and shall be construed and governed by the Lebanese law, all work of whatsoever nature undertaken by the company at the request of the customer or his agent will only be carried out subject to these terms and conditions. No servant or agent of the Company or any other person has authority to alter or vary these conditions in any way.
