This Agreement entered into by and between Universal Protection Services, LP, dba, Allied Universal Security Services (hereinafter called “the Company”), including in the term “the Company” only those plants covered by this Agreement as defined in Article I, Section 2 hereof and the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers, Aerospace Defense Related District Lodge 725 - Sunnyvale and Plant Protection Local Lodge 2231 (hereinafter called “the Union”), a non-profit organization, evidences the desire of the parties hereto to promote and maintain harmonious relations between the Company and its employees, as they are defined in Article I, Section 2, of this Agreement, and the Union as their representative.
