This Agreement covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Account(s) offered to you by Unity One Credit Union (Credit Union). In this Agreement, the words “you”, “your” and “owner” means anyone who signs a Membership Application or any other application in connection with the opening of any Account with Unity One Credit Union, any such person or entity who maintains an Account with us, any Joint owner, and any other person or entity authorized to use or having access to any such Account. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more accounts you have with the Credit Union.
