By signing and returning this Vendor Application, you are stating that you have read and understand this agreement. Entry to this event constitutes an automatic waiver of any liability of damage, loss against the sponsors, and its employees or representative thereof from the Merryville Museum. The festival reserves the right to reject any inappropriate work or display and to ask any exhibitor to leave who fails to meet the overall standards of the event. In the event of inclement weather, only the Merryville Museum reserves the right to cancel. Only then the vendor fees will be refunded. If a vendor is a “no show”, leaves the festival early, or is asked to leave, no fees will be refunded. Please return Vendor Application and fees to: Merryville Museum Attn: Vendor Application PO Box 637 Merryville, LA 70653. Festival is scheduled for Saturday December 11, 2021 10:00am-7:00pm. Vendors may begin set up at 9:00am. Deadline for vendor applications is December 6, 2021.
