THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2006, by and between the BRANCH COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, and the SHERIFF OF BRANCH COUNTY, together hereinafter referred to as the “EMPLOYER”, and the COMMAND OFFICERS ASSOCIATION OF MICHIGAN, hereinafter referred to as the “UNION”.
