In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration NASA Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center White Sands Test Facility, located at 12600 NASA Road, Las Cruces, NM 88012 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA JSC," "JSC," "NASA WSTF," "WSTF," or "NASA") and Invocon Inc. located at 19221 I-45 S Suite 530, Conroe, TX 77385-8746 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "IVC"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
