This Agreement between the Cordilleras Mental Health Center/Telecare Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and AFSCME District Council 57, Local 829, AFL- CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious Employer- employee relations; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the setting forth of pay rates, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment.
