The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is May 19, 2008. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Failure to reserve rooms before the cut off date will not impact the enforceability of the attrition or cancellation clauses.
