This Consent Decree is entered into by and between the Media Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission and Bilbat Radio, Inc., by their respective authorized representatives, for the purpose of resolving certain issues that have arisen in the Media Bureau’s review of the pending application for the renewal of the license for Station WKPQ(FM), Hornell, New York (File No. BRH- 20060201AMY).
