We refer to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated May 20, 2009, between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, acting through the Department for International Development (“DFID”) (“Donor”), and the International Development Association (IDA), acting as an administrator of grant funds provided under the Multi-donor Trust Fund (“Trust Fund”) for Co-financing of Subprograms A (i) (Supporting the Delivery of Basic Services) under the Ethiopia Protection of Basic Services Program (Phase II) Project. We also refer to a recent communication from DFID indicating the Donor’s additional contribution of Pounds Sterling 10 million for the MDTF activities.
