This WORK ORDER pertains to the Right of Way Services Agreement by and between the City of Buda, Texas, (“OWNER”), and Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (“CONTRACTOR”), dated February 17, 2015, (“AGREEMENT”). CONTRACTOR shall perform the services described herein and in accordance with the AGREEMENT. This WORK ORDER shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both Parties. Upon execution, this WORK ORDER shall supplement the AGREEMENT as it pertains to the PROJECT described below.
