This Agreement entered into by the Town of Danvers, hereinafter referred to as the employer, and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, State Council #93, Local 1098, hereinafter referred to as the Union, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union, the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolu- tion of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of em- ployment.
