This First Amendment to Development Agreement (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by the City of Angleton, Texas (the “City”) and Tejas-Angleton Development, LLC (“Developer”), is dated effective July , 2023 (“Effective Date”) and amends the Development Agreement between City of Angleton, Texas and Tejas-Angleton Development, LLC (“Development Agreement”) executed and adopted on June 14, 2022.
