EXHIBIT CONTRACT CONDITIONS/RULES & REGULATIONSExhibit Contract • December 12th, 2023
This Contract to participate in the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) 50th Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency Dallas (“Facility”), in Dallas, Texas, April 23 – 26, 2024, including but not limited to set-up and dismantal dates shall become effective when it has been submitted by the exhibiting company and accepted by NAHAM. The individual signing this Contract represents and warrants that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding Contract on behalf of the exhibiting company. By signing below, the exhibiting company agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below. The exhibiting company agrees that upon acceptance of this Contract by NAHAM, with or without appropriate payment of the exhibition fee and further action by the exhibiting company, this Contract, together with the Contract Conditions/Rules & Regulations below, (collectively “this Contract”) shall become a legally binding contract between NAHAM and exhibiting company (“Exhibitor”).
