FiledOctober 17th, 2013This document contains an agreement between the Computing Services (CS) Helpdesk and the Faculty, Staff, and Students (FSS, or ‘Ross community’) of the Ross School of Business, regarding the variety and quality of services provided by CS Helpdesk at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. It will define such terms as “standard configuration,” “fully support” versus “best effort,” and “high priority” versus “low priority.”
