This Development Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered into this th day of 2011 by and between the County of Sacramento, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter “County”), Angelo G. Tsakopoulos (hereinafter “AGT”) and Katherine Tsakopoulos (hereinafter “KT”). AGT and KT are sometimes collectively referred to hereinafter as "Property Owners" and individually as a “Property Owner.” This Agreement is made and entered into pursuant to the authority of Sections 65864 through 65869.5 of the Government Code and Title 1, Chapter 12 of the Sacramento County Zoning Code. County, AGT and KT shall include any successor in interest to such Parties. County, AGT and KT are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
