THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 9th day of March, 2012, by and between The Building Contractors Association of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Inc. The Contractor Association acting as negotiating agent for and on behalf of certain firms, Party of the First Part. Employers signatory hereto are referred to herein for the purpose of clarity as the “Employer”, and Laborers’ International Union of North America, State of Indiana District Council, acting for and in behalf of LIUNA Local #213, Party of the Second Part, and hereinafter referred to as “Union”.
