The following is the Negotiated Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Fort Leavenworth Education Association (FLEA - the “Association”) and the Board of Education, Unified School District 207, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; Leavenworth County, Kansas (the “Board”). Said Agreement shall become effective upon being duly ratified by a majority of all Professional Employees of the Fort Leavenworth School District (the “District”) and by the Board, with its terms being implemented beginning July 1, 2020.
