This Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the undersigned Participant, an individual principal real estate broker partner, corporate officer or branch office manager acting on behalf of a principal (the “Participant”), and New Mexico Multiple Listing Service, Inc., a New Mexico Non-Profit Corporation organized as a subsidiary corporation of the Realtors Association of New Mexico (RANM) (the “NM MLS”).
