This is an agreement between the undersigned Participant and the REALTORS® Association of New Mexico Multiple Listing Service (NM MULTI-BOARD MLS), doing business as the New Mexico Multi-Board Multiple Listing Service Inc., herein referred to as the MLS or the Service. T his agreement will become effective when signed by both parties.
