To qualify for participation in the 2023 AEP Texas High-Performance Homes Program (“Agreement”), this Agreement is made by and between (“Rater”) and ICF Resources, L.L.C. (“ICF”). ICF is the Program Administrator (“Program Administrator”) of AEP Texas’ 2023 High- Performance New Homes Market Transformation Program (“Program”). This Agreement is effective on the date the last party executes this Agreement.
