This agreement is not a contract of employment nor does it guarantee your employment during the Transition Period. You agree and acknowledge that your employment remains at will throughout the Transition Period and that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time for any reason. If your employment is terminated before the end of the Transition Period, you agree and acknowledge that you will not be entitled to the Separation Payment. Any post- termination obligations, including restrictions related to the use of confidential information, competition with the Company, and solicitation of customers or employees, shall remain in effect. You agree and acknowledge that unless ended earlier, or unless amended by written agreement, your employment with the Company will end no later than the last day of the Transition Period.
