Agreement made and entered into this 1st day of November, 2023 by and between TEMPLE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, EPISCOPAL CAMPUS hereinafter referred to as “Hospital”), located at 100 East Lehigh Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the Health Professionals and Allied Employees of Temple University Hospital, Episcopal Campus, (hereinafter referred to as “Union”), with principal offices located at 110 Kinderkamack Road, Emerson, NJ 07630, acting herein on behalf of the employees of Temple University Hospital Episcopal Campus, as hereinafter defined, now employed and hereinafter to be employed and collectively designated as the “Employees.”
