AN AGREEMENT between the City of Chino and American Youth Soccer Organization Region 67 regarding use of fields at Ayala Park, 14225 Central Avenue, Chino. THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Chino, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called "City", and American Youth Soccer Organization Region 67, a City recognized youth sports league (an organization open to everyone, without tryouts, where everyone plays), and non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, hereinafter called "AYSO."
