Contract Type FiledOctober 11th, 2016This Service Level Agreement (the “SLA”) is between Today’s Telecommunications Industries, LLC (hereinafter “M3S-Cloud”) and its customers (the “Customer”) who execute a Service Activation Form, Statement of Work, online order, or an order of any kind (the “SAF”) for the purchase of certain services (the “Services”) as identified in the SAF; said SAF is incorporated herein by this reference. M3S-Cloud and Customer may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
