This Local Area Agreement has been developed by Luton’s Local Strategic Partnership, the Luton Forum, and agreed with the Government through the Government Office for the Eastern Region in accordance with the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 and subsidiary legislation, regulations and guidance.
