By signing and submitting this agreement form you consent to RICE utilizing the data and demographic information you provided to us in your application and throughout your time as a stakeholder for data driven purposes. By submitting this form you acknowledge that you understand all verbal and written communication during the program will be in English. By submitting this form you agree to commit the time necessary to advance through RICE programming.
