("First Amendment") is dated as of , 2012, and is entered into by and between the CITY OF SAN DIEGO, solely in its capacity as the designated successor agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, a former public body, corporate and politic (“Successor Agency”), COMM22 HOUSING GP, LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Owner”), and COMM22 Family Housing, L.P., a California limited partnership (the “Family Developer”). Successor Agency, Owner and Family Developer may be individually referenced herein as "Party" and collectively referenced herein as "Parties." Successor Agency, Owner and Family Developer agree as follows:
