King Cycle Group loves the independent bicycle dealer. Due to popular demand, we have implemented a dealer agreement, effective June 30, 2003, that stabilizes and solidifies your ability to sell King Cycle products. In the United States, no dealer may purchase King Cycle products without submitting a signed Dealer Application and supporting documents for prior written approval. If a dealer or entity is found in violation of the Dealer Agreement, they will be subject to termination and will no longer be able to buy King Cycle products, through us or any of our distributors.
