This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into between Ohio University (“OHIO”) and Full Name of Institution (“Name of Institution”) (collectively “Parties”), in recognition of their mutual desire to continue cooperative relations and to continue to develop academic and cultural interchange. The Parties recognize the benefits of internationalization and cooperative programs that promote sustainable scholarly activities and international education.
