This Agreement is signed by the parties this day of, effective August 26, 2017 by and between the Board of School Directors of Susquenita School District, 1725 Schoolhouse Road, Duncannon, Pennsylvania, hereinafter called the “Board” and the Susquenita Education Association, hereinafter called the “Association”. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations or practices of the Board which shall be contrary to, or inconsistent with, its terms.
