Contract Type FiledNovember 29th, 2011This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) outlines the minimum service that a Customer may expect from Kansas Fiber Network (KFN) for KFN Internet Services. This SLA is applicable only for KFN Customers that execute a Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) and this SLA is incorporated into the Agreement. The credit allowances and the rights provided in this SLA and the Agreement are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies for failure of KFN to comply with the Service Levels provided in this SLA. If Customer and KFN have negotiated an SLA on an individual case basis (ICB SLA) and such SLA is incorporated into the Agreement, the ICB SLA shall control the rights and obligations rather than this Internet SLA.
