This SaaS Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”) between Galen Data, Inc. with a place of business at 1331 Gemini Ave. Suite 300, Houston TX 77058 (“Company”), and . This Agreement incorporates the attached Statement of Work as well as the attached Terms and Conditions and contains, among other things, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations and use limitations. The terms stated in this Agreement are the exclusive terms regarding the parties’ rights and obligations with respect to the services provided hereunder. There shall be no force or effect to any different or additional terms of any related purchase order, acknowledgment, invoice or similar form even if signed by the parties after the date hereof.
