—To initiate a formal evaluation, the Dean shall send the tenured faculty member, and his or her Division Chair, a notice informing them that the faculty member will be evaluated as provided in this article and, if a Standard evaluation is not already required by Section 9.2, describing how the form of the evaluation will be determined.
