This equipment is, and at all times remains the property of Brady Public Schools of Brady, Nebraska, and is herewith lent to the Teacher for primarily educational purposes for the Academic School year. A teacher may retain the equipment during the summer vacation time if permitted by the Technology Coordinator. The teacher may not deface or destroy this property in any way. Inappropriate use of the machine may result in the Teacher losing his/her right to use this computer. The equipment will be returned to the school when requested by Brady High School, or sooner, if the Teacher withdraws from Brady High School prior to the end of the school year.
