In this Agreement, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to the individual(s), corporation(s) or party/ies who is/are the account owner(s), has/have an interest in the account(s) , and consent(s) to be bounded by the terms of this Agreement. On the other hand, “you”, “your”, “Company”, "BSC” refer to BDO Securities Corporation, its employees, officers and directors. "Securities" refer to securities, bonds, funds, managed funds and other investible products. “BDO Unibank” shall refer to BDO Unibank, Inc., a universal bank organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines.
