This Agreement, made on , 2010 between Shapiro & Duncan, Inc., (the “Seller”) and the City of Manassas Park, Virginia (the “Purchaser), is for annual maintenance of the heating and air conditioning equipment at the Purchaser’s site located at 99 Adams Street, Manassas Park, VA 20111. This Agreement will remain in effect for one year following the execution date set forth above.
