hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the International Association of Firefighters, Local 3558, hereinafter referred to as the "Union", has as its purpose the following: To comply with the requirements of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; and to set forth the full and complete understandings and agreements between the parties governing the wages, hours, terms, and other conditions of employment for those employees included in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
