The party of the second part shall reimburse the party of the first part a total of $ upon signing this agreement. However, the party of the second part agrees that any damages including but not limited to stains, broken windows, broken equipment, are the responsibility of the party of the second part, and agrees that the party of the second part will reimburse the party of the first part within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from the party of the first part for any damages.
