This Second Amendment to Site Agreement No. 80 - Lockport, Illinois (this “Amendment”) is made effective as of the latter signature date hereof (the “Effective Date”) by and between City of Lockport, an Illinois Municipal corporation (“Landlord”) and American Tower Asset Sub II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tenant”) (Landlord and Tenant being collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
