THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made by and between ROGUE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (RRMC), hereinafter the "Hospital," “RRMC,” and/or “Facility,” and the OREGON NURSES ASSOCIATION (ONA), hereinafter the "Association” and/or the “ONA.” This Agreement will be effective July 1, 2014, except as otherwise indicated.
