In consideration of the privilege of my child’s or children’s participation in Detroit RiverFront Conservancy Kids Fishing Fest, I and my heirs hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I, my child or children may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me or my child or children as a result of my child’s or children’s participation in the Kids Fishing Fest, and/or any activities related to the production and presentation of the Kids Fishing Fest. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy, a Michigan non-profit corporation, its members, officers, directors, agents, servants, employees, subsidiaries, Kids Fishing Fest partners and affiliates as well as the City of Detroit and all other property owners which have granted rights to the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy (“Released Parties”) from liability by reason of any accident, death, injury, or damages, to persons or property whi
