In consideration of the privilege of my child’s or children’s participation in Detroit RiverFront Conservancy Kids Fishing Fest, I and my heirs hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I, my child or children may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me or my child or children as a result of my child’s or children’s participation in the Kids Fishing Fest, and/or any activities related to the production and presentation of the Kids Fishing Fest.
